Getting Started
Go to the government's website: www.medicare.gov
Their current default page looks like this...
Select "Compare Medicare Prescription Drug Plans".
This takes you to another screen. Scroll down until you see this:
Select "Find a Medicare Prescription Drug Plan".
This takes you to a screen that has two parts, an "A" and a "B". The "A" area is used for a personalized plan search. I decided not to use this part because I didn't want to type my Dad's social security number online. (They ask for the Medicare claim number, which contains my Dad's social security number). It looks like this:
I instead scrolled down to the "B" section, "General Plan Search". It looks like this:
I selected the "General Search".
